In my previous role as Product Design Lead at Telus Digital, I led a dynamic team of 10 designers, collaborating closely with content strategists and product managers. At Telus, a leader in telecommunications, healthcare, and entertainment, I oversaw end-to-end design projects across diverse areas, including Mobility, Home solutions, and B2B initiatives. My focus was on delivering exceptional user experiences while ensuring the seamless integration of the Telus brand across Telus.com
My journey into UX design stems from a rich foundation in cognitive science at the University of Toronto. Fascinated by the intricacies of human cognition and decision-making, I chose to weave this knowledge into the fabric of UX design, ensuring our creations resonate deeply with users.
